Common questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. You’ll receive a link to set a new password.

How do I connect with my coach?

Your coach will send you an invite via email. Sign up using the same email address and your account will automatically be linked.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to More > Settings, and tap “Delete account.” All of your data will be permanently removed from the servers within 30 days.

What is the Durability Score?

The Durability Score measures how well you’re maintaining your strength over time, adjusted for age. A score of 100 means you’re performing at your baseline level. Scores above 100 indicate you’re exceeding your baseline.

Does IronOS access my Apple Health data?

Only if you grant permission. IronOS can read body weight, body fat percentage, heart rate, and sleep data from Apple Health. This data stays within the app and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in your device’s Health settings.

How do I export my data?

Open the app, go to More > Settings, and tap “Export Data.” Your workout history will be exported as a CSV file.
